Important Notice
Please note that if your event is taking place outside, make sure there is an electricity/power supply available; if not, please add a generator to your order.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your reservation with written notice up to 7 working days before your event; however, the deposit is non-refundable. Within a six-month period, we can apply the deposit to a different date. If you have a different rescheduling date in mind, we can make the adjustment right away if the necessary equipment is available. After 6 months from the date of your canceled event, all deposits expire and are no longer valid. The non-refundable deposit (40 percent) will be lost if written notification is not received 7 business days prior to your event date. If you cancel less than 7 days before your event, you will be charged the entire price of the rental.
Weather Cancellation Policy:
All clients have the right to cancel any reservation if severe or impending weather conditions are anticipated. Your deposit will be retained as a "Rain Check" to be utilized within one (1) calendar year if the event is canceled due to weather. Weather cancellations can only be decided on the day of the rental due to the ever-changing nature of weather forecasts. All-weather cancellations must be made by 9:00 AM the morning of the event to receive a Rain Check. Rain checks are non-transferable. Please be advised that once your delivery is en route, no rainchecks, refunds, credit of time or reimbursement will be provided even if the equipment is not used.
Equipment Contract Policy:
Equipment Rental Agreements must be signed, before the day of the event.
